    for she will surely fall.
Her towns will become desolate places,[c]
    without any inhabitants in them.
10 Cursed is the one who is slack
    in doing the Lord’s work.
Cursed is the one who holds back his sword
    from shedding[d] blood.
11 Moab has been at ease from his youth.
    He has been undisturbed like wine[e] on its dregs
        and not poured from vessel to vessel.
He has not gone into exile.
    Therefore, his flavor has remained,
        and his aroma has not changed.
